no persons involved, crews used 1 Hosereel jet, 6 Breathing apparatus and
Positive Pressure Ventilation fan.

Green Lane Allotments,
Shed Fire persons reported - Proved to be fire
out on arrival. 1 male casualty suffered burns to left shoulder and both hands.
Burn shield administered by Fire Service Personnel. Casualty then taken to
hospital by ambulance.

Road Traffic Collision Persons Trapped - Incident involved2 cars and a horse
box, 1 person trapped and extricated by Fire Service personnel and then
transported to hospital by ambulance.

Road Traffic Collision - Persons trapped. Proved to be a coach down banking after leaving roadway. No
persons trapped but a number of the elderly passengers were suffering from minors cuts and bruising.Fire
crews were engaged in assisting persons from the vehicle to safety and making
vehicle safe. Police and Ambulance also attended. 2 Elderly
casualties taken to

House Fire - Proved to be a chip pan out on arrival. One
female occupant treated for smoke inhalation at the scene. She did not attend

service Call - This incident was a 10 yr old child who whilst cleaning the car
for his Mum accidentally shut himself in the boot. He was unable to release the
catch or attract the attention of his Mum. Luckily he had his mobile phone in
the car with him, so he called 999, and Fire crews released him from the boot
of the car.

arrival of ambulance before being transported to Bradford Royal Infirmary by
ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation.

Initially a reported skip fire at rear of

Rescue Service pulling together in national effort to help flood victims.The Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) is pulling out all the
stops to help flood victims as the weather takes it's
toll around the country. Specialist High Volume Pumps (HVPs),
boats, flood support teams and hose layers are being deployed from all around
the country to help those struggling as the current torrential rain continues
to wreak havoc.
At one time
Gloucestershire had up to 4 HVPs in operation along
with a flood support team and a boat from Mid West Wales FRS which were all
working to prevent a boat in Tewkesbury Marina from colliding with King Johns bridge.
Oxfordshire have also had
two HVPs in use as well as boats from Essex FRS and
GMC FRS which have also been used to help stricken communities. In
High Volume Pumps have
also been dispatched to assist in Northamptonshire,
Listers Mill,
