Road Traffic Collision - Proved to be a bus and a car involved, 1 person
trapped in car, extrication carried out by Fire service personnel and casualty
transported to Bradford Royal Infirmary by ambulance.

Road Traffic Collision - Proved to be van and heavy Goods Vehicle involved, 1
casualty trapped in van and proved fatally injured at the scene.

Fire in scrapyard - Proved to be 3 bags of aluminum involved that had been contaminated with magnesium
and set on fire in the rain.Crews used 1 Ground
monitor, 1 Hosereel jet and 3 Breathing apparatus sets. 11 properties from the
surrounding area were also evacuated.

Support Service.

House fire - roved to be microwave involved.Positive
pressure ventilation used. 1 female occupier suffered smoke inhalation. Oxygen
therapy administered by Fire Service Personnel, transferred to Bradford Royal
Infirmary.

extricated by Fire Service Personnel and left in the care of the ambulance.

Flat Fire - Proved to be smoke logging of a flat on 14th floor. Ambulance
requested for occupier of the flat who was in his early 30's, he was
transported to hospital by ambulance suffering smoke inhalation. Oxygen therapy
administered to a neighbour in his mid 40's, the neighbour also transported to
hospital by ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation.

Building Fire MP x 6 ALP x 1 Incident - Proved to be 2 storey building, used
for storage of furniture, approx 100m x 20m, stone construction with slate
roof, ground floor and first floor 30% involved in fire. Crews used 1 Large jet, 4 Hosereel jets, 10 Breathing apparatus and
aerial ladder platform.
Appliances from Halifax (6401 6402), Illingworth (6701), Elland (6301),
Mytholmroyd (7001), Fairweather Green (4202), Huddersfield (6006ALP), Batley
(8128CU 8101) and further supporting appliances.

Grove Drive, South
House Fire - Proved to be a bungalow fire, bedroom involved. 1 Hosereel jet and
2 Breathing apparatus were used. Female occupier
suffered smoke inhalation and minor burns and was taken to Pontefract
General Infirmary by ambulance. Smoke detectors were fitted and working.

Southlands Avenue, Fairweather Green,
House Fire - Proved to be kitchen involved which was out on arrival. Elderly
male occupier was lead to safety by nearby workmen who saw smoke coming from
the kitchen of the property. The occupier suffered slight smoke inhalation and
was treated on scene by paramedics but refused hospital treatment.Smoke
detectors were fitted and working.

female casualty rescued from property by Fire crews using 1 Hosereel jet and 2
Breathing apparatus. Female casualty was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary by
ambulance suffering from smoke inhalation.

apparatus. 1 male occupier suffered smoke inhalation,
oxygen therapy was administered by Fire Service personnel, casualty refused to
attend hospital. Smoke Detectors were fitted and working.

Building Fire, Make ALP x 1 Incident - Proved to be a fire in the kitchen which
spread to the roof void of the building, property approx 25m x 25m. Crews used
2 Hosereel jets and 4 Breathing apparatus at the
incident.

Edgerton Green, Edgerton,
House Fire - Proved to be bedroom involved. Crews used ,
1 Hosereel jet, 2 Breathing apparatus and a Positive pressure
ventilation. A female occupier aged 92 suffered slight smoke inhalation,
was given oxygen therapy by Fire Service personnel and assessed by paramedics
on scene but did not attend hospital. A smoke detector was fitted and working.

Road Traffic Collision - On arrival this proved to be 1 car into a lamp post. 1
person released prior to arrival and 1 person trapped. Casualty extricated by
Fire Service personnel. Both casualties were transferred to hospital by
ambulance.

smoke. 1 occupant was given oxygen therapy by Fire service personnel but
ambulance was not required to attend.

Road Traffic Collision - Proved to be involving 2 cars, 1 person was trapped,
extricated by Fire service personnel and then transported to hospital by
ambulance. There was a further 4 casualties at this incident who were not
trapped but unsure if they required hospital treatment.
