in the corridor whilst evacuating her flat and was transported to hospital by
ambulance.

ice but close to the waters edge, water rescue crew from Bingley put a ladder

rescued by Firefighters using throw lines from the
waters edge. The 6 year old brother, who was trapped under the ice, was reached
by six Firefighters using specialist water rescue
equipment on entering the frozen pond. He was taken by air ambulance to

Chemical Spillage MP x 4, HL x 1 Incident - Proved to be spillage of 30kgs of Acrylonitrile which
had spilled on to the factory floor on site, 2 fire crews from Ciba
attended assisted by West Yorkshire crews. Company chemists dealt with the
incident which was flushed away and treated with foam. Crews used 2 Breathing
apparatus and Chemical Protection suits at the incident.
