Explosion Building - Proved to be a severe gas explosion involving the Florence
Nightingale public house, This was a 2 storey derelict Public house involved
approx 25m x 25m small fire at rear, 1 Hosereel jet used. Incident made
persons reported and USAR attended from Cleckheaton.
Building in dangerous condition and Urban Search and Rescue involved in making
building safe for entry to be made. Both Police dog and USAR
dogs used to search premise.

House fire - 1 female casualty and 1 child aged 3 years suffered burns. Both
treated by ambulance personnel and transported to Calderdale

storey building approx.100m x 50m, 10% of

Environment agency made aware due to foam concentrate and approx. 50Lts of
insulating oil from transformer had entered the drainage system.
